More photo fun from the college trip to Rome in 1997. As you can clearly see from the bottom photo, we are definitely in Roma. Or maybe Tacoma. Or maybe Oma, WI. Definitely some place that ends in "oma."We took that same map on this recent trip. It wasn't as handy this time. Mainly because it didn't have the "pppt, pppt" bus lines drawn on it from the Spanish nun (see Thursday, Apr 16) but also because I prefer to use my gut instead of consulting a map. Hey, it works about 38% of the time.
By the way, if you happen to work at the Kalamazoo Public Library, and you found a similar black and white photo strip in a book returned in 1996-1997, I'd like it back. Thanks.
