BREAKING NEWS!
I think that we finally got a place to stay in the Cinque Terre! Not our first choice of the five towns, but I will take it at this point! An apartment with views of the sea and a lemon grove.
Now if only I could get The Pogues song "Lorelei" out of my head. . .

- - It is illegal for Italian hotel rooms to have carpet.
- - I had the best dang schnitzel near the Chinese pagoda in the English Gardens in Munich, Germany.
- - Todd loves pesto. Deb can't stand it.
- - We met a woman and her 6 year old daughter from Boston. We said we were from Nebraska. The girl said, "I didn't know they speak English in Nebraska!"
- - We should have brought Levis to sell in Germany. They were 90+ euro.
