That little one

Some of you may be wondering why Ava isn't mentioned in these posts. Simple - She is a party pooper. We asked her if she wanted to go:

(Mommy) Ava, do you want to go to Italy with us?

(Ava) No.

That is where they first made pizza and spaghetti . . .

No.

Do you want to ride in an airplane? You like airplanes.

No.

(Daddy) Do you want to go to Germany?

No.

Do you want to go see Neuschwanstein?

No.

Say "Neuschwanstein."

No!

Say it!

Todd is so proud of the fact that he taught Ava to say Neuschwanstein when she was 2 years old. I think anybody who can say that deserves a prize. Anyway, we let Ava decide if she wanted to go to Europe. It's probably a good thing she said no, because we don't have time to get her a passport.

She will be staying with Todd's sister Shari. Because Shari isn't busy enough running after Collin (4.5 years) and Gavin (fully in his terrible twos) and Mike (27).

So if anybody wants to give Shari a hand, we'd be much obliged.
