Florence

I guess there is so much art in Florence that there is nowhere else but the sidewalk to put it. I wonder if this guy has ever been arrested for drawing on the sidewalk?

We won't be staying in Florence for very long. Just a few hours to do the Renaissance Art Walking tour in the main plazas. Maybe climb a tower. Maybe check out the South American leather jackets being hocked by Iranians. Then we'll go to the Michelangelo Plaza to take the obligatory photo of the Florence skyline and orange Duomo roof. Our group isn't very excited by art history. I do hear that Steak Florentine is tasty . . .

Then we will head over to Siena and spend the night there.
